The good reviews are fake. This hotel is below standard. Unless you can't afford a good hotel, try looking somewhere else. They don't have any facilities. They get food from outside. The toilets were dirty. The room itself was not clean and had to call someone to clean it. One person to do all the work. Worst experience of my life.

We were, without notice, from the airport taken to a different hotel, of dramatic quality. Only when we arrived at the hotel we noticed it. Booked the hotel via Agoda and booked the taxi via Agoda. Be very careful, there are more reports of this scam! Better don't trust anything taxidrivers or hotel staff tells you about this place or why you were taken to another place.

I wouldn't stay in this strip of hotels again, far too noisy being next to a very busy highway, even though we were given a room at the back of the hotel. We booked a car with the hotel to pick us up from the airport as we arrived late night, but after waiting 20 minutes and making a call, we gave up and got a prepaid taxi which was cheaper anyway. No wifi to speak of, no bedside lamps, no hot water after running for half an hour. Sorry for bad review but I couldn't recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a tour that included Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. This hotel was by far the worst we stayed in. Starting with the location, on a dirty street surrounded by sketchy "salons". The entrance was wide open to the street, no doorman or security so right away safety was questionable. We had two rooms, both were dirty and dark, and small. Our bathroom had exposed wires hanging and was filthy. The sheets had mystery stains all over them. We requested an extra bed or cot, and received dirty torn up cushions to lay on. The food was ok, not great but not the worst. We couldn't wait to leave this hotel in the morning. There is no way I would stay here again given the choice.

Hotel Location is great, staff is friendly and feels like home. Near to Karol Baugh Metro station and near to almost all great food joints. Good place for family stay or business stay. Fee WIFI. Room quality is above average and of three star hotel category. There is no complaint as such.
